Where are the ATM machines located?
The ATMs are located in the mid-mall corridor on the upper level near Fred Meyer Jewelers, on the lower level near Starbucks and on the lower level at the JCPenney end of the mall near Surf City Squeeze and Sunglass Hut.

Our elevator is centrally located in the Grand Court area.
There are also elevators in Sears, Macy's Men's and Home, Macy's Women's, and JCPenney.
Escalators are located at the Sears end of the mall, at the JCPenney end, and inside both Macy's Women's and Macy's Men's.
There are also stairs in the mall in front of Macy's Men's, in the center of the mall near Grand Court, and in the mall in front of JCPenney.
Is there a cost incurred to use your strollers/wheelchairs?
There is a $20 refundable deposit required to use the strollers and a $20 refundable deposit to use the wheelchairs.
Lost and Found is located in the Public Safety Office, or Mall Security Office, on the lower level in the hallway just before the entrance to Macy's Men's and Home. Follow the hallway to the top, on the left.

Sunvalley Gift Cards are available in denominations from $20 to $500. The purchase fee is $2.95 per card. Sunvalley Gift Cards are valid at all fine restaurants, stores, or services who accept American Express, and at any Taubman mall across the country. We accept cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
American Express Gift Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, and $100 with service fees of $4, $5, and $6 respectively. For more information on the Sunvalley Gift Card or to check your balance click Here.
Sunvalley Gift Cards and American Express Gift Cards are available at our Customer Services Desk on the lower level near Grand Court. Corporate gift card orders can be placed in the Mall Management Office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Corporate checks will be accepted with proper identification. For more information on corporate orders, please call the Management Office at (925) 825-0400.
Can I get there by BART or Bus?
BART
Take BART to the Concord BART station. From Concord BART, take bus number 110 to Sunvalley.

Bus stops are located on Contra Costa Blvd. On the West side of the shopping center near Macy's Women's/Children's.
The Benicia Transit Bus stop is located in front of Firestone on Contra Costa Blvd.
Pets/animals, with the exception of service animals such as Leader Dogs, are prohibited.
